Human Services Network (HSNet) Policies and Procedures

HSNet Policies and Procedures

The Better Service Delivery Program (BSDP) was established to improve services to clients through better communication between NSW human services agencies, both government and non-government.

The aim of the program was to provide better information and communication tools for agency staff, while protecting the client’s privacy. The development phase of the program is now complete and an operational team - the Human Services Network will continue to support this aim.

The Human Services Network (HSNet) policies and procedures will assist staff and management through the change process towards our goal of improving service delivery to clients across the human services sector.
