Human Services Network is organising an expo featuring the client management system (CMS) vendors who have proved their systems can send and receive electronic referrals through ServiceLink (‘compliant’ vendors). The
expo is being held primarily to assist NGOs approved for the CMS Subsidy to choose a CMS that will meet their needs, but any NSW human services NGO can attend.
Currently there are four vendors which are both compliant and contracted, that is they have signed a contract with the State Contracts Control Board (SCCB), and from whom a system can be purchased. They are:
- Community Ventures and Alliances Pty Ltd (CMS: PLACE)
- Database Consultants Australia (CMS: The Care Manager)
- Hyro Pty Ltd (CMS: Athena)
- Prowess Development Pty Ltd (CMS: Prowess Community Suite)
There are another two vendors which have proved compliance but have not yet signed the contract with the SCCB:
- Third Sector Software (CMS: The Non-Profit Activity Information System (N-PAIS)
- Orion Enterprise Business Solutions Pty Ltd (CMS: Microsoft CRM)
Another CMS vendor which is working towards being compliant and contracted by the end of February is Infoxchange (CMS: S2S)
HSNet expects that all seven CMS vendors will be exhibiting their systems and demonstrating the ability to send and receive electronic referrals through ServiceLink. NGO representatives will have the opportunity to view and
compare the systems in the one place and speak directly with the vendors.
