HSNet Client Satisfaction survey
|
We would like to thank all members who took the time to complete the Client Satisfaction Survey. We are pleased to hear that the majority of our members are happy to receive bi-monthly issues of eBulletin, which we will
happily continue. The survey continues to play an important role in how we interact with our clients and provide an opportunity to improve and finetune our services.
We are pleased with the key findings which show an overall improvement across all areas covered in the survey. However, the findings were also useful in identifying areas of further improvement, such as notification emails and
the process for new membership applications.
If you would like to read the findings from the survey, more information is published on the HSNet General Forum under HSNet Client Satisfaction Survey
Findings. | | |

Regional training at Maitland TAFE and Sydney Workshops
|
In early December, HSNet team members Zoe Petridis, Vanja
McCarthy, Alison Young and Hasanthi Premachandra travelled to Maitland to conduct HSNet workshops at the local TAFE facility. Regional staff from government agencies and NGOs attended the workshops.
Participants were guided through ‘hands-on’ group activities in accessing resources available on the HSNet website. Some of the activities included posting messages on group forums, publishing documents and events
and searching for information on ServiceLink. Given the increased interest in eReferrals, there was a particular focus on sending and receiving referrals online and associated business processes.
We are delighted to say that the workshops conducted
at our Sydney facility have been a success this year and the training staff thoroughly enjoyed them. In 2008, we will continue these workshops on atleast a monthly basis, more frequently if required. Refer to our HSNet Sydney training calendar to view the dates for next
year’s workshops in Sydney.
In 2008, we will be running more workshops in NSW regional areas. The details will be advertised closer to the time on our web site and keep an eye out to book your
spot. | | |

HSNet Team update: Welcome Mila Gregorio and farewell to Stephen Sydenham
|
Mila Gregorio, Data
Administrator
Mila has recently joined us on a one year secondment from the Office of Fair Trading. She will be involved in the DADHC Access Points Project, testing the new data entry application for Service Link and looking into updating
the Law Access and Health data in HSNet.
Mila has over 12 years experience in the areas of project management, data administration and providing IT support to users in the Office of Fair Trading.
We would like to thank and bid a fond farewell to Stephen Sydenham, who came onboard on a short term contract to fill in the data administrator role. For the past two months, Stephen successfully managed the human services
records in ServiceLink and made improvements to the consistency and accuracy of records.

How to post a new Event?
| |
|
If you have an upcoming activity or event at your organisation that you think members would be interested in, why not publish it under the
HSNet Events section? It is free to advertise and provides other HSNet members with the opportunity to find out about different activities that could be of interest. Some of the popular activities that are
published on HSNet include workshops, meetings, conferences and seminars.
Remember, only group members with publisher access have the ability to publish Events.
Publisher access is granted to a group member at the discretion of their Group Manager. If you would like to become a publisher, contact your Group Manager.
To
publish your activity, refer to our events fact sheet and follow the steps
outlined. If you require assistance, please contact the HSNet ServiceDesk on 02 9228 4200 or email hsnet@hsnet.nsw.gov.au
